§ 1 Scope of application
The business relationship between JULISIS EUROPE LTD. and the customer shall be governed exclusively by the following General Terms and Conditions in the version available in the online shop at the time of the order. The General Terms and Conditions may be saved on the customer’s computer or printed out for the purpose of placing an order. If deadlines are specified in working days, this refers to all weekdays except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of goods in our online shop constitutes an invitation to the customer to submit a contract offer. Submitting an order is a binding offer to JULISIS EUROPE LTD. within the meaning of § 145 BGB (German Civil Code). This offer is made when you have completed the online ordering process by entering all the required information and clicking on the “Place order” button on the “04. Review and submit” page. After submitting this order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the order (confirmation of receipt). The confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance of the purchase contract offer. The purchase contract is concluded upon acceptance of the offer by JULISIS EUROPE LTD. Acceptance of the offer is made by means of a shipping confirmation by email or, at the latest, by delivery of the goods.

§ 3 Availability of goods
JULISIS EUROPE LTD. is entitled to withdraw from the contract if the unavailability of the goods is attributable to a third party. The customer will be informed immediately of the unavailability of the goods and any payments made under the contract will be refunded immediately.

§ 4 Delivery
JULISIS EUROPE, LTD. delivers exclusively to the European countries that can be selected on the “02. Select address” page under “Country.” Each order is delivered via DPD or DHL. Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days, depending on the availability of the items. The payment methods offered for orders depend on the recipient country. Within Germany, prepayment (bank transfer, PayPal) is required. Shipping costs within Germany are 10 euros per order; if the order value exceeds 100 euros, we deliver free of charge. There is no minimum order value. JULISIS EUROPE, LTD. accepts no liability for compliance with an estimated or specified delivery date. The customer/purchaser has no claim to delivery or subsequent delivery in the event of unforeseeable demand intensity, short-term changes to the product range, and items that are temporarily unavailable. Upon execution of the order, the risk for the ordered goods is transferred to the recipient upon departure from the warehouse of JULISIS EUROPE, LTD. This also applies to damage to the goods and the outer packaging.

§ 5 Payment
The purchase price and the shipping costs incurred in accordance with § 4 are due upon submission of the order. The purchase price consists of the purchase amount and the shipping costs. The customer has the option of paying in advance, by credit card, or via PayPal.

§ 6 Offsetting
The customer only has the right to offset if their counterclaims have been legally established or expressly recognized in writing by JULISIS EUROPE, LTD.

§ 7 Retention of title
Until all goods have been paid for in full, the goods remain the property of JULISIS EUROPE, LTD.

§ 8 Warranty
The customer must report any defects in the delivered goods upon receipt. If the complaint is justified, the customer may demand subsequent performance, either in the form of rectification of the defect or delivery of a defect-free item, at their discretion. If the type of subsequent performance chosen by the customer is only possible for JULISIS EUROPE, LTD at disproportionate cost, the customer’s claim may in this case be limited to the other type of subsequent performance. JULISIS EUROPE, LTD shall in any case have two attempts at subsequent performance, unless the nature of the defect or the item or other circumstances indicate otherwise. If the customer demands the delivery of a defect-free item for the purpose of subsequent performance, they are obliged to return the defective item to JULISIS EUROPE, LTD. If the customer withdraws from the contract, they are obliged to return the goods in full.

§ 9 Right of return
Any order may be canceled without giving reasons within two weeks of receipt of the shipment by returning the goods in unopened condition or by written revocation on a durable medium. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods and the written revocation to our above-mentioned company address in good time. After receipt of the goods by JULISIS EUROPE, LTD, the purchase price of the goods will be refunded. Please provide your bank details for this purpose! In the event of justified claims for depreciation, JULISIS EUROPE, LTD reserves the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly. In any case, the goods must be returned to JULISIS EUROPE, LTD in packaging suitable for safe transport, including sturdy outer packaging.

§ 10 Data protection
The customer is aware and agrees that their personal data necessary for order processing will be stored on data carriers. They expressly consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data. The customer has the right to revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. In this case, JULISIS EUROPE, LTD undertakes to delete the personal data immediately, unless an order process has not yet been completed.

§ 11 Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, and the contract and these General Terms and Conditions shall remain valid for both parties.
